Not sure how I would describe it, but its like its displaying one image, then a 2nd, but the 2nd image is not in sync'd and is scrolling down the screen, making crossfire impossible to use.

I've only had a 2nd 5870 for crossfire, for the last week or so, and I dont recall any problems until I upgraded to the 10.12 drivers, but truth be told, I've not had much time since I bought it to use my PC properly, so its possible I may have had this issue before that.
I've tried uninstalling and reverting to earlier drivers, currently on 10.10e and it does exactly the same thing, one strange thing that is happening now also is when I change any kind of 3d setting it asks me to restart my machine for the settings to update, I've never had this previously.
Anyone have any ideas as to what is going on?
