hi there could you tell me if i would notice a diff from 1 graphics card but would i notice any diff from 2 in games

One is plenty for most games. What resolution do you game at? A lot of games are very CPU dependant as well so bear that in mind.
I have a single 5870 and game at 1920 x 1080 and I can max most games with decent FPS.

hi there i the res is 1920x1200 i been offered another 5870 but dont know if i would notice any diff if i got 2 i play medal of honour games my pc spec is i7 4 ghzs,6 gig ddr3 triple channel
Get it if you've got the money (and power in your PSU) going spare- it'll be a small improvement, but you'll be able to max all the settings in all your games at your res.
It's not a brilliant improvement bang-for-buck wise, but if the money's burning a hole in your pocket, you will notice an improvement.

1 is far from plenty. If you want to run your games at the higher resolutions such as 1920*1200 and have all maxed out settings then xfire is the way forward. Or get a 5970.

well im going to buy another power supply a corsair tx 850 or 950 i think they are good ones as well
Not sure that I would be entirely comfortable going for a 5000 series Crossfire right now with the release of the 69xx cards. For one, I do not expect the 5870s to stay competitive on price when that happens, second if the 5800s gave any indication, you may see much more generous gains from Crossfire going with the new generation of cards.
