Right, time as come to upgrade the trusty 5870. As ever I'm indecisive as to what to get so would welcome any opinions.

My max budget at the moment is £200 (well, call it £210) so my options are:

Gigabyte 7950 - Seems like a great card, hate the blue PCB.

Other 7950s - Look nicer but cost a bit more.

7870 Tahiti Core - Another good card and fairly under budget, looks a lot nicer but obviously not as quick.

nVidia 660Ti - Unlikely I'll get one at £200 and not worth any extra over the 7870 imo

nvidia 660 - Get one now for a fair boost in most games, especially BF3 then upgrade to SLi at a later date. Cheapest option right now.

I'm running a 1440p monitor so need something pretty quick.

Cheers :)

Gregster, it seems OK but the only reason I haven't gone for the gigabyte is the blue PCB, don't really want to pay more for a card with the same issue.

Badcompany, no idea. The 770 will probably be in the £400 range given the 780 pricing and it looks like it'll be 6 months or so before AMD have anything new in my price range.

I'd be honored if you chose AMD. :) The 7950 would be a superb upgrade for you. Your choice, of course, but we'd love to have you on the red team!
