I have a qx 6800 cpu so same as yours but higher stock clock and free multi.
I just overclocked mine to 3.6 so still under your clock of 3.7 and i scored
14572 3dmark score
15597 gpu score
12173 cpu score

I get 14574 on windows 7 64bit ultimate with:
GTX280 and my i7 920 @ 3.6Gig
Seems a bit slow, my GPU score was 17064 with a Vantage score of 18713.

I was comparing the GPU scores - mines nearly 4500 faster for the same card?
I set my 5870 at the same overclock as you have raven, I guess in P mode it is cpu limited, try extreme?
This is my score using Performance setting. i7-920 @ 4GHz and a Zotac GTX 275 AMP! Edition
I think you are just cpu limited in this test, going from performance to high our GPU scores come closer % wise. If you could run extreme I guess they would be very similar.
My 3dmark06 with pc all stock scores around
16600
cpu clocked to 3.6 scores
19200 or so
my 4870 x2 with cpu at 3.6 scored
19700
I only have the re5 demo and just ran the benchmark
dx10 all maxed and x4 AA 1680x1050 scored
102.6 fps with pc stock clocks.
Hope that helps.
