Looking at the heat/performance ratio of the GPU's Nvidia has to pick from its difficult to see how Nvidia will better the current high end stuff. Its very debatable if a dual GPU Fermi will ever be released.

My money's on a pair of downclocked GTX570s but it needs to be careful to stay competitive with the HD6990.

Yeah, I can't see it being anything less that a dual 570 myself.

Wonder what it'll be priced at, knowing UK shafting prices, £600?

The GTX560 chip seems the most suitable but they would need to lose about 100watts from each core. And that would really slow the card.

I cant see that beating a GTX580 or even a GTX480.

Common rumour at the moment says these are full 512sp parts. No news on the memory interface nor clock speeds though.
