5900x random reboots

I am getting random reboots on my system i have left everything at default except pbo and docp but it just randomly power cycles i am also running the latest bios 3003 my system specs are:

Crosshair viii hero x570
Corsair rm850i
4 x 8gb ddr4 3600 gskill neo
5900x
Rtx 3080 fe
 
I'm new to ryzen is it just the global C states I need to disable or are there others?

Ram seems stable i spanked it with memtest and got no errors

I have disabled global c states and df c states in bios and changed power supply idle voltage from low to normal.

Let's see if this makes any difference
 
I have no idea what’s wrong with these cpus, I have thrown every stability test I know at it and it’s passed them all, yet if I leave it idling sometimes it will be fine for hours and other times it will black screen or crash when it’s on my screensaver, I have not turned off PBO to see of that can help, I have done all the tips above and nothing has worked
Are you running 4 sticks of memory, I am and im wondering if thats part of the problem also with 4 sticks do I need to increase the memory voltage and VDDSOC voltage
 
Yeah I've not touched pbo either, these bioses are an absolute mess AMD need to get their sh@# together they have surpassed intel in everything except drivers and bios stability never had issues like this on intel
