5950x or 5600x

Ok..

I can get the 5950x for c£520 or the 5600x for £220. My graphics card is the 3060ti and will be playing at 1440p.

Odd choices I know but do you think they'll be any benefit for gaming going for the 5950x?

You're a gamer and already using a 5800X? So pretty marginal gains then. The 5600X would be a downgrade.

I know nothing about mini itx builds sorry. The 5950X will put out a fair amount of heat though, and might strain the VRMs of lesser boards?

Oof. at £520 I'd have shot for a 5950x over my 5900x! It is total overkill for gaming, however.

If you're going ITX and air cooling, the 5600x makes sense thanks to the lower TDP
