Hey all thought I would find out how other fellow enthusiast's have been getting on with the overclocks. I've had the 5960x for a while now so I have had fun exploring different ways to OC. So please let me know your OC speeds and how u got them. So far I've done this

4.9ghz 49 x 100 bclk 1.43v
4.75ghz 38 x 125 bclk 1.43v
4.66ghz 28 x 166 bclk 1.43v

Although 4.66 ghz is the lowest speed, at this bclk my system seems the fastest, and also seems to do a little better in games and benches, does any1 have any advice with voltage's at high bclk frequencies? Maybe I could reach the next multi as system is unstable at x29. Post ur results and any advice most appreciated. Russ

best i can get 4.5GHz 36 x 125 bclk 1.35v i can get it to post over 4.7GHz but i just cant get anything over 4.5 stable, 1.43 volts is a little more than im willing to put though my CPU that's for sure your a brave man!

That's just for benches :-) everyday I run @ 26 x 166mhz 1.3v 4.33ghz. Even @ 4.3 the cpu never exceeds mid 60s 'c at full load.
