5970 Only works on one core! New BIOS?

Got a 5970 and flashed the bios now only one core works im not sure if its just because of this or not?

If i run multi furmark then both cores load according to GPU-z and MSI afterburner

but in grid only one core works....

ive tried a couple of bios' to see if it fixes it but its not seeming to help but also i cant find one that gets fan support working like a 5870's fan works.

Can anyone help me with a bios....

fan not working manual fans works fine on my Sapphire 5970....

sorry cant help you on the cores thow...

i find with msi and ccc it works but not very accurate and it sort of hunts either rising or lowering untill it settles on a speed often about 30% or more than where i left it
