5C time and date keep changing

What's wrong here guys, was Ok until this past week, out of warranty from Smartfone store.
Just had to send another 5c back on Monday past after receiving it the Saturday before. That one didn't hold the wifi and date.
Is there something wrong with the 5Cs?

Thanks MagicBoy, don't like the sound of that, I bought from smartfonestore dot com but have to say, I've bought from them before and never had a problem.
Any advice on what I might do now?

OK, going to ring smartfonestore, its out of their warranty so don't know what they will say.
Do you think it not being a genuine screen, that's the problem?

Just rang smartfonestore and it is out of their 60day warranty, so unfortunately, I cant do anything about it now.
Going to give Apple a call and see what they say

So Guys, I'm left with this phone now, (no fault to smartfonestore) would a new screen fix it do you think? maybe not!
