coolaler managed 5.525 with a x6800

I believe he used LN2 to cool.

if you want to clock over 5Ghz, some serious cooling is essential.

But still nowhere near the 552FSB that would be needed to get a 6600 to 5ghz like the OP suggested.

The OP made no mention of FSB just 5Ghz. And my first post to this thread was directed at the OP. However:

9x multi at stock though, would require at least 552FSB at the highest multi for it to be at 5ghz. I have yet to see a 6600 at 5ghz so I want to see where the OP did.

Here maybe? But it's the only one I could find. Hard to describe 1 as loads though, unless one is a politician.
