5oow psu ????

Since the above doesn't include a discreet graphics card it should be fine on any decent branded PSU, although you don't state the make of PSU and I wouldn't wanna run some new kit on a 500w el cheapo power supply, although a decent 500w would be more than fine with even a top end graphics card. ;)
 
Depends as well on what 500w psu. A 500W Seasonic/Corsair/Antec/FSP etc.. will handle most common setups, whereas a 500w Powmax/Allied/Deer etc.. will likely choke and blow itself up past a 250w load :)
