There are some changes happening today as I am no longer the Community Manager at Overclockers UK.
I want to say thank you to everyone who is apart of this community, and I appreciate the support, the communication, the laughter and the stress!
I know this sounds like a leaving thread, but unfortunately you cannot get rid of me that easily.
The reason for this thread is to let you know that I have been promoted (woohoo!). - I will no longer be doing the Customer Service side of things on the forum.
I will still oversee it, and I shall help where I can, however the main customer service side of things is being removed off me so I can concentrate in other areas.
The main guys in the Customer Service forum are now Bailey, Stigbourne, DorminGLaDOS, and Evoaddict.
I have worked with all of these guys for many years now, and I know they all do an amazing job here on the forum, so please give them all the utmost respect as I know they will treat you all well in all different areas from pre-sales, order support, RMA support and system support.
Does this mean I am going to vanish from the forum? Hell no, I will probably be on here more than ever before!
