i won 4 enermax ur vegas fans frm ocuk (whooop thank you!!) the problem being that they are 5v usb fans, i hadn't realised this until after winning lol. as i want to use them as internal case fans i had thought of just pushing the usb's through the w/c grommets and plugging them in the back of the mobo. i hadn't realised they would still be powered 24/7 even when the computer was powered down lol.
would i be safe to cut the usb off and wire it to the 5v connection on my psu molex, would it be possible to wire 2 off the same molex connection. i know very little on electronics so thought id ask in here 1st before setting my house on fire lol
