Hey guys,

Recently upgraded my cpu to a 3800 x2 but having some problems when overclocking it especially when running orthos with my PC having a tendency to switch off without warning rather then giving errors in Orthos.

Anywhu I installed speed fan and noticed that my +5v ain't looking too great.

Do you think the two problems could be related?

Will try with my brothers Corsair 520HX tomorrow.

Spec in sig.

edit: now it does it when it is not overclocked :(

afaik that "DDR25V" represents the 2.5V DDR RAM that my system uses.

Haven't got a multimeter to hand at the mo though.

Thanks for the help so far :)

Tried my PC with my brother's Corsair and it doesn't even boot up, unless I disconnect some of my hardware.

Didn't try overclocking or check the rails.

Anybody got any ideas? would flashing the BIOS again with the new processor fix my problem? or resetting the CMOS?
