Still don't think I'm doing it properly. Maybe some one at a gym will know? lol. My legs end up hurting as well as my stomach... Anyway, off for a job now as I want to get into that routine of working out 3 days a week.
Good 20 min jog with sprints. Hardly a distance but kept the heart rate up Sweating buckets haha. Will have to take some pictures of my lard arse at the weekend.
