£60 GPU

Hi guys wondering what's the best gpu I can get for £60 don't mind getting a used one, provide model number if not stocked here, thanks.

I have a AMD 6300 cpu

Mobo is an Asus m5a78

Friend in work has offered me his 2 year old ATI radeon 5850 for £40. He said he payed £260 when he got it. Is this still a good enough card? Or am I better off getting a 7770?

Yer he will probably take £35. With the specs above will it run the latest games at med/high at decent frames?
