Z77 motherboard is really a must if buying new. the 3570k will work with z68 but z77 has new features.

the 1TB .12 drive is more reliable and for a £5 more i don't see why not.

The 612s is a well reviewed cooler, similar performance to the dark rock but a £10 (near) cheaper.

Go for 8GB of RAM, you may need it and it's pretty cheap.

7850 is better than the GTX560ti, for the same price aswell.

Made a few tweaks for you.

I have gone with a Z77 Motherborad as it will make use of more of the features on the Ivybridge chip, PCI-E 3 ect. The 7850 is a better graphics card than the 560Ti and will overclock really well. 8GBs of RAM is better for gaming and it is quite cheep.

better gpu (imo, also depends what game you're gonna play)
better motherboard, sli/xfire-able, with lucid mvp to boost framerates, z68 doesnt have that, also the z68 may need a bios flash to run the 3570k
cheaper heatsink, just as good
8gb ram vs 4gb in ur specs
but, i dropped the psu to 550w, still a good psu, but if you ever want to run dual graphics cards you'll need to buy a higher rated psu, the 620w would need upgrading too ;p

trololol...all our specs are practically identical!
except i went for the sli-able mobo and u guys didnt... =x

That's cos it's a waste of money if you can't afford a PSU to power dual cards. Why not just use the Asrock E4 mobo? It's cheaper and still has the SLI/Xfire capability and looks nice with the truespirit heatsink you love so much lol ;)
