£600-£700 Gamming PC Build

I'm looking to build a gaming pc with the budget of £600-£700. I have no clue what to put inside. I would like to have I5 processor and GTX 960 The budget is just for the system as I have a few peripherals lying around that will do the job until I get stump up some extra cash. It would also be nice if Windows 10 was included in the budget to but if not I can order it separate. Not looking to water cool either.

Something like this might do the trick, though I would recommend waiting for the new graphics cards coming out in a few weeks. The 1070 will prob be over your budget but may push some older cards prices down and the RX480 might be a really good fit for this system.

Does the cooler come thermal paste pre-applied?
