£600 Budget Build Challenge

I'm proper out of touch these days with new builds, nephew is asking about the best he can get for £600, intel arc is looking attractive but I'm balancing him needing to use it for work and a bit of gaming... Suggestions welcome!

The 5600x is still a very capable CPU, if you're happy with AM4 / DDR4. Seems to be about £60 used, £100 new currently.

Fair shout, ideally new although I don't mind battering on the pre-loved market for him.

My recommendation would be:
7500f (from china) or 7600 (used)
Thermalright assassin king 120se (new, required if you get that 7500f, or if the 7600 doesn't come with the stock cooler)
B650m-hdv/m.2 (new, unless you find a cheaper b650 board)
32gb ddr5 6000 (used, or from china)
Intel B580 (new)
Semi-decent 1tb gen4 SSD (used or new)
Semi-decent PSU - there's a 850w platinum going on MM for £55 currently, that's the one I'd grab in a heartbeat
