£600~ budget gaming spec

Hi folks, looking to build a budget gaming PC for a family friend.

Approx. £600, I'm not 100% certain on whether a monitor, keyboard and mouse will be required so I'm going to present options with and without these.

Usage will be general browsing, some video editing and gaming (currently plays minecraft but it sounds as though they will be playing some higher spec games going forward).

What can we get for £600? If the budget needs to move up for the requirements then it would be nice to see what options are available.
