Hey guys, this is my second PC build, this time for my brother. Looking to build him an i5-2500k based system for around £600. He already has; monitor, keyboard, mouse and OS. Any help would be appreciated, thanks :)

Would that PSU be able to handle that? 500W seems a little weak :s

Also with HDDs - does the cache size matter? What does it affect?

GeForce GTX 560 - On your average system the card requires you to have a 500 Watt power supply unit.

If you are going to overclock CPU or GPU, then we do recommend that you purchase something with some more stamina.

The Guru3D test system is a more power hungry socket 1366 setup - http://www.guru3d.com/article/geforce-gtx-560-ti-review/10 - Sandybridge consumes less power.

The areal density of the platters matters more, the more data under the head at any one time the better, the RPM is also a factor.
