£600 build

[Fate Zero]

Looking for advice for a £600 build. Needs to include everything (OS as well) except for a keyboard, mouse, speakers and monitor.

Lastly the current monitor is a old VGA one which will be upgraded in time but I still like it due to its small size. Will this cause any problems with the build?
