£600 full system spec

Helping a friend with a system, doesn't have to be powerful, just a lot better than a £600 system from a high street store (celeron 2.66Ghz, 256 RAM , 17" CRT etc...)

I tried to do one with SFF, but I couldn't keep the price close to £600. I know the gfx card isnt excellent... Any recommendations for tweaking?

This could be suitable, I don't know how good your original graphics card specified was but the X700 is about equivalent to a 9800pro so not cutting edge but not too shabby either and you have a SFF PC for the budget. The graphics card is in the clearance section. You could get a slightly cheaper motherboard as well and get a better monitor.
