£600 gaming build please.

Hi all. I made a thread on here about a week ago asking for advise on a gaming rig but unfortunately I needed to do some work on the house. At the time I had £1000 but now I only have a budget for around £600. I don't need a keyboard, mouse, monitor or os. I would like it to be able to play games like skyrim, bf3, hitman absolution and the new gta5 on at least medium setting, hopefully high if possible. I would also like to be able to overclock so I need a decent motherboard. I would also like it to be pretty future proof in the sense I can play most of the games out now and most that are due out in the future. Thank you for any help.:D
 
 
Thanks for the replys. So will this spec run the games I mentioned well? And with that power supply is there enough juice for over clocking and maybe a bigger graphics card in the future? How good is that graphics card?
Anyone have any ideas when the i5cpu will be in stock?

Yep it should play all games between high - ultra settings at over 30 fps :)

The XFX PSU is a decent one and 500W is good enough for any single GPU setup plus overclocking.
You might want to ask in the CS section.
