I have few questions before making the final purchase,

1. The information I have gathered from 2500K and 3570K, correct me if I'm wrong, is that the 3570K uses less power than the 2500K, but 3570K heat is higher than 2500K and 2500K can overclock higher than 3570K and 3570K clock for clock is better than 2500K, for gaming purpose, which one to go for?

the 2500K 'theoretically' overclocks higher, but the 3570K has better IPC. Get the 3570K if you can afford.

2. Will the Sapphire HD 6950 OC (Dual Fan) fans constanly run at 100% load like the HD 6850? Which HD 6950 to go for? Sapphire or Club3D?

Hey? No, it's PWM controlled, like 99% of all graphics card. The 6850 dual fan is a weird beast. And go with Sapphire.

3. I've £40 to spend on a good CPU cooler as I want to overclock the CPU, which one to go for?

4. I have got my eyes on the Thermalright HR-02 Macho and Thermalright True Spirit 140 CPU cooler but what's the difference and which one is better? Recommend me one if it's better than these two within my budget

Matterhorn Pure. Final recommendation. Take it or leave it! True Spirit 140 is too tall, the Macho is OK. You like it, you take it. It will fit in the Z9+.

5. What's the perfer overclock GHz speed for normal and gaming use of Intel i5?

2500K : 4.4GHz.
3570K : 4.2GHz.

It's a voltage thing. On the whole aim for 1.325V Vcore, and see how fast YOUR chip can go. Some go higher, some go lower.

6. Will everything fit into the Zalman Z9 case?

Yes.

Dont think you will, unless you pay extra for the postage and packing. I just ordered my lot (yesterday) and it said it will arrive on the 16th.
