Hi.

Got a friend who has a max budget of £600 for a PC. Doesn't need monitor/mouse/keyboard etc. But DOES need an OS.

Despite having £600, him being a cheap ass student is looking to save money wherever possible his only requirement really is to play CS:GO, TF2 and WoW so maybe he can spend less?

Would appreciate it if people can post some specs as I've lost touch since doing my PC!

Thanks!

If he wanted to be a "cheap ass" he could download the windows 8 enterprise (evaluation) edition. He can then try before he buys for 3 months giving him more cash now to spend on parts. After the 3 months he can decide wether he likes windows 8 or wether to get 7 ;)
