A friend of mine wants a gaming rig with £600 to spend.

Already owns a monitor KB, mouse. OS is needed.

Use is gaming. His first time PC build. I already have a couple ideas of my own but am more used to a higher end budget so help much appreciated.

GO! :)

I was pretty much thinking what you have in basket as well. Might need a more extravagant case though. not sure on his taste in cases

You haven't put a DVD drive or HDD on your spec.

I do much prefer shopping at OCUK because i know their customer service is worth sometimes having to pay a little more. But that spec 1 from jamesfreddie is doable within £600 if i go to the cheapest place to buy. Cheers
