£600 ish Arma 2 DayZ spec?

Hi, before I say anything else I'd like to state that I've never built a computer before, new to this site(other than 2 years of window shopping :P) pretty new to PC gaming also, been thinking of doing this for a long time.

Could anyone Spec me something that will let me play Arma 2 DayZ without it looking too ugly while having a decent FPS?

I don't need Monitor, mouse, keyboard or OS.

Willing to go a little bit over my budget but not too much, no more than £650

Thanks Bacon, that looks pretty good, I'm not an expert but if you think that will run it fine, all good to me.

Not sure, my screen is 1024 X 768 which is fine now but I may tinker with it once I have enough to order, should be plenty of time to make changes if you or anyone else thinks it's needed.
 
I think the CPU is the most important part of playing DayZ, as I noticed with my i3 that my GPU usage goes up and down a lot. I normally get anything from 20fps to 60fps depending what location I'm in, with it bogging down in the two main cities for example but that is at 1920 x 1080.

The spec that was listed above with the i5 should play it pretty decently. :)
 
Alright, now I just need to crank up my ebaying. At least now I have a clear target :)
