600 Pound Gaming Tower

I have 600 pound to build a tower (only) for a friend preffer intel, games hell be playing are battle field one etc.

now id preffer he have the best main components e.g. mobo and cpu, gfx usable just now with look to upgrade in the future case not bother all he says is black

Please show me your ideas

Do we need windows? Would a single SSD do for storage or will he need a HDD too?
