Can anyone spec a decent workstation for this budget? that is max

Will be used for data/image processing and running VM's

Was wanting something like Xeon/i7 16GB as much speed / virtual machine power as possible.. Not concerned about graphics, the i7 comes with graphics anyway?

Was looking a a Xeon 2140, 16GB and SSD but seems i may as well go i7 16GB gigbyte board and say 128 SSD? A fast raid HDD would also be acceptable. Need everything except OS / KB / mouse / Displays

I can't seem to get what i want under £600
