60mm fans ?

Can anyone vouch for a quiet 60mm fan?

I just bought a 60mm delta and my god is this thing loud, lol I've put it on 30% and its still to loud ! great fan though instant cooling of over 10 deg

Just gonna need a quieter one,

Lol, Deltas are seriously loud, i have 2 that i did put in the front of my antec 300, but i've change them for 2 yate loons. I had the 120mm version.

I'm half tempted to post a sound file of it on start up! I almost spat my coffee out when I pushed the power button!
Fair ploay though, does exactly what it says its gonna do!

Just didnt think it would be that loud lol

All Deltas are noisy, but push huuge amounts of air. They are renowned for being the best (Not the quietest) fan out there when its raw cooling power or air volume you need. You can cut carrots, fingers etc in their blades. A metal bladed one could be used as a blender tbh.

is it a Delta EHE? they were called 'screamer' fans

i've got 60mm 80mm and 120mm, they're scary loud and they're mechanically solid too

Noctua only go as low as 80mm by the looks ?

I've ordered a different 60mm see if its any better, !
I've gone death in one ear now :eek:
