Chill Factor 3 is what it comes with and it's good.

I've found most top-flow coolers give lower temps if the fan pulls air up from motherboard rather than pushing down.

Reason is when pushing down hot air turns out on mobo > turns up when hitting RAM, GPU, I/O housing, case > gets sucked back into fan. When pulling cool air from mobo > up through cooler and fan > and away.

If your PSU sets above CPU I suggest having it draw air from above CPU rather than from outside of case. This removes the warmed air from case and keeps components cooler without overheating PSU.
