settings all low except texture which is high

i jsut wanted to test it out, because i thought i couldnt play css untill my new gfx card comes (coming thursday hopefully), but *** a surprise it worked
 
I had a 6100 onboard chip, it was appalling, even at the very lowest settings COD would chug along at only 40-50fps.
 
yep if it does do more than 20fps a sec at min then its quite playable to me :)
edit: can you overclock the onboard gpu?
 
try downloading nvhardpage (last time i used it about 1-2 years ago it unlocked overclocking in the nvidia control panel not sure if thats still the case or ?)

A lot of ppl can't play games below 60fps for some bizarre reason, they have to go and make a cup of tea or do some shopping etc... while waiting for on screen character to fire a bullet, or turn around, change weapons or something as its way to s l o w. :p
 
I'm quite happy with 30+fps. anymore isn't exactly noticeable. heck in fs2004 not even anything about 20fps is noticeable.
