What would be a better CPU cooling choice other than Kuhler 620 in the same price range?

I picked the 620 + two http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FG-031-SY

Used the noctua nh-d14 for around 3-4months. From reviews the dh-d14 is only louder than the thermalright Silver Arrow when the fans are on full speed. (i have both fan speeds limited and its still way louder than the 620+ 2x gentletyphoons.

Now the loudest fan is the 200mm fan at the top i gotta deal with!

You can fit 2 on the 620?
