6200 to 6600le

Hi just need some help. I currently have a Geforce 6200 which is rubbish. I am looking to upgrade but my pc only has a 230w power supply and funds are limited so will obviously not be buying a 7800 or anything like that. I am looking at the PNY 6600LE as its cheap and easily available, how much of an upgrade is this from a 6200. Memory is 128 bit but only has 4 pixel pipelines, will I notice any difference. Also does any one know if this card requires additional power e.g 4 pin molex

Got £100 and agp 8x
Systems is amd 2800, 1gb ram, 80 gig hdd

For £100, get a 6600GT over the Le, will be a much better performer! Might be able to find a cheap 6800Xt or something for that money aswell, worth a shot.

I'm not sure, it would be touch and go anyway I'd imagine?

I'd have a go with what Nickg suggests first, I completely forgot about the 6200's chance to unlock.

I'm running an AGP 6600GT on a 240W power supply. :

No problems and it's stable.
