6320 Average Temps at idle and load

What kind of average temps should i be seeing for the C2D 6320 chip at idle and load??

My standard clock temps are 30C idle and 40c load.

My overclock at the moment is upto 2324mhz and running orthos , the temp is up to 51C

What are the temp limits of the processors? For a 3ghz overclock, what sort of temps should i be getting at idle and 100% usage.

My system is
Case : Antec Solo with case fan
CPU Cooler, Sycth Ninja rev B
 
I'm getting 42-45 degrees under 100% load with my 6320 at 3.2Ghz under a Thermaltake BigTyp 120 VX
 
I've managed to up my speed to 3ghz at stock volts.
But on orthos, the temp goes up to 55C stable after an hour.
