6320 or 6600?

Im planning a small upgrade:

GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC6400C4 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 Dual Channel Kit

Intel Core 2 Duo E6320 "LGA775 Conroe" 1.86GHz (1066FSB) - Retail

Gigabyte GA_965P_DS3P (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

I was wondering if it is worth spending the extra £30 for the higher multi on the e6600? Or will the spec above be good enough to max out the e6320? They will both be under water, so temperatures is not an issue.

Thanks for all your replies, ive decided to go for the e6600 instead with the above along with an OcUk 8800 GTS 320mb.
