64 4000 or x2 4600??

i only play games and surf net..(mainly wow)..would the extra cost of the x2 4600 make a great deal of difference...gonna be using a x1900xt??

i need too replace my graphics card and already have a 939 cpu 3500..was gonna buy the asus a8n-e mobo..the reason i'm stayin with amd is my sons pc needs upgrading at christmas and he can have my 3500..also,can't afford new memory for intel system..he then can have my 4000/x2 4400 in approx a year when i fully upgrade..
