That thread is referring to the 64-bit version of Win 7, so Iviv is right in the context he posted about.

You can download the 64 bit image directly from the MS site. There is no real reason to run 32 anymore unless you need to run legacy 3.11 16 bit apps, and then a VM is a better choice.
