64 X2 5000+ VS Intel Core™ 2 Duo E4300?

Which of these processors are better?

AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 5000+ 2.60GHz

or

Intel® Viiv™ Core™ 2 Duo E4300 Processor (1.80GHz,800MHz,2MB cache)?

If you will be clocking it then the 4300 will hammer the 5000+. If not i guess the 5000+ will be better at most things.
