So I recently upgraded my PC, I changed the following:
Mobo: M2N-SLi Deluxe
RAM: 2x2GB Geil
CPU: AMD 6400+ Black Edition
GFX: 8800GT
Now, everything is up and running and everything but the CPU is running at appropriate temperatures on load. I've used AS5 and reseated the heatsink twice, removing all remaining AS5 with Acetone between each attempt. I also have the heatsink fan set at maximum speed.
However, on load, my CPU temperatures still get as high as 68C after only 10 minutes of something like CoD4. The CPU lists its maximum operating temperature between 55C and 63C.
I'm using a Rosewill RCX-Z1 heatsink with the aforementioned AS5.

My question is, what can I do to reduce CPU temperatures? Should I get a stronger heatsink? I've read of others with very similiar systems (same CPU) getting solid temperatures with this very heatsink, so that leads me to believe there is a different issue.
