Hi,

So I've recently got my hands on a new CPU a 9600x and some RAM.

Didn't have much choice in the ram due to the nature of getting it but I've ended up with

CMH32GX5M2B6400C36 (Corsair Vengeance RGB)

Should I be trying to run this at the rated 6400 CL36 or is it better and even possible to run it at the apparent sweet spot of 6000 CL30 for AM5 CPUs?

Thanks

I expect it'll work at either speed.

If it'll work at 6400, it depends on your CPU. It might work fine, it might not.

You don't want to run it outside of 1:1 because it would be slower than 6000.

Yeh I guess there's one way to find out.
I suspect the difference will be negligible though, so whether it's worth the effort of pratting about with it...
