6400 expo ram issues.

Probably know the answer, but hope someone knows a trick to get these working got a lexar ares 6400 32gb kit. Works about 95% of the time but randomly will just hang on boot and after clear cmos will work again at 6400, any ideas or just have to run at slower speeds.

What motherboard\cpu are you using? is the bios fully up to date?

Aorus elite b650e ax, 7600 and latest bios.

What ED said, you need to give us specs of your system and update the BIOS.

If it’s AMD, try 6000 MT/s (it’s not mhz since it’s double data rate) and manually set the voltage.

It's also unstable at 6000 mt but works fine 6400 mt with one module, stick the pair in and it just goes back to being same.

You’ll need to do some research on the specific voltages and settings to use.

Oh and Your ram is in the correct slots? 2 and 4?

Set the RAM to 5600 with both sticks and see if that’s stable

So after many different configurations I can't get the system stable other than at base 4800m/t. Not sure what is the limiting factor cpu, memory or motherboard. Have tried 3 different memory kits 5200, 6000 and 6400.
