6400 or 8000+

Why would you buy the 6400 over the 8000+ memory?

Is this based on price vs performance?

the 8000 memory can run at 1000 MHZ with the same timings as the 800mhz (pc6400) memory

Depends if you want to run a high FSB, what motherboard & cpu do you have or looking at?

i run 2gb of Geil PC6400 ultra low latency 4-4-4-12 and it works like a dream.

great for overclocking :cool:

6400 Ram then, it will overclock an E6600 to the average limit.

Ocz, Crucial or Geil. . . all decent prices.
