64bit Cisco VPN Client

I never noticed this, but cisco have released a 64bit vpn client that works with IPSEC vpn's.

File name is

vpnclient-winx64-msi-5.0.07.0290-k9.exe

I've been using Shrew Soft VPN for our 64bit PC as i couldn't find a Cisco 64bit client.

Downloaded and tested in work and it works fine, it seems to have been released at the end of May.

Yeah I've been using it since release and it's as good as the old 32bit client.

Took them long enough to release it though...

Is there a Linux version? Just Fedora'd my work lappy and P2V'd the previous Windows install, the Cisco client works within that VM but only when the adapter is in bridged mode - which scuppers me for working from home over wifi.

I got it from the cisco site. But if you google the file name i posted it comes up

Does it work with Win7?

AFAIK There wasn't a Win7 client but Vista sort of worked..

Works fine with windows 7 64bit
