Why bother?

What can 64Bit browsers offer us that a 32Bit ones cannot?

Come to think of it, what can 32Bit browsers offer us that 16 bit ones cannot?

Come to think of it..... LOL

I've been using 64-bit Firefox on Linux for years. No, I have no idea why you'd want a 64-bit browser unless you were using either hundreds or thousands of tabs simultaneously or some special sort of RAM-hungry web application in which case being able to address the extra RAM would be a benefit that would outweight the lack of proprietary plugin support.

Gnash works well on some sites, especially YouTube.

The main reason was curiosity and another reason was privacy etc, my understand is 32bit malware/viruses don't work on 64bit. I'm probably wrong so don't jump down on me :)

not true unfortunately as you're not running an exclusively 64bit system. 64bit windows can still run 32bit apps thus 32bit virus / malware can still be run :(
