64GB Kit for ASRock X670E PG Lightning?

With a 7950x/4090. I'm confused as to what I should prioritize with a 64GB kit, Hz or CL. Looking at the QVL for this board, the list for 64GB is not that big. My use case is mainly AI upscaling TV shows to ProRes 4K files, compression for ProRes 4K video, and occasional 4K gaming, but I do like the pretty pictures so maxed out settings. Any suggestions regarding Hz or CL? Thanks

Most people would agree the sweet spot for ram on an AM5 setup, is 6000mHz and 30CL.

I'm running 6000mHz CL32 as the CL30 was out of stock
