64GB DDR-5 RAM. Up to what max speed is recommended at this capacity?

I'd go no higher than 6400-6600.

For 2 stick (dual rank), 6600 is the highest speed that MSI suggests for their boards (I checked the Tomahawk and Godlike), while ASRock's Taichi says 6000.

Corsair's buying guide on their blog suggests 6600.

Do you happen to know. At the speeds of 6400-6600, is stability more to do with the motherboard or the processor die quality these days?
