Got a friend who needs a gpu and mainly he just plays dota 2 and other games, i was going to advice him to get the 7770 as i have used it myself but then i came across the sapphire Radeon R7 250X which is also for the same price...

which ones would you guys get ?

Would it be wise to try and get him to get one the following:

CoD is pretty demanding, I'd say spend the extra

Ive played cod on 7770 and actually did well...

I get more fps on BF4 than CoD.

If we ignore CoD - is double the price worth it? If so which one of those 2.

For DOTA 2 no I don't think it will matter.
